Last night, Buzzfeed’s Ben Smith revealed a plan proposed by Uber executive Emil Michael to dig up dirt on journalists -- specifically, our editor-in-chief Sarah Lacy -- who have been critical of the company.

My Two Cents
Travis Kalanick is making it so easy for people to "strongly dislike" and "NOT USE" Uber. And this isn't ev en bringing up the ridiculous unpredictable and overpriced product Uber offers. Six trips to and from LAX and six prices ranging greater than 30% apart (and 20-30% more expensive than the predictable cab rides to / from LAX). I don't get the wild craze for it. Even more so now that the CEO and executives mgmt team have truly earned their "asshole" reputation.
