General Motors CEO Mary Barra has fired 15 employees and ordered a compensation plan for victims of a deadly ignition switch defect that the company ignored for more than a decade, after an internal investigation showed a “pattern of incompetence and neglect.”

According to the CEO of GM -- GM is NOT GUILTY of Conspiracy. However, we are guilty of a "pattern of incompetence and neglect." WOW. That's just stunning to hear one of the great co's of America say they are just "plain stupid and ignorant." GM is so stupid and ignorant it took 11 years, 13 deaths and 54 accidents to figure this out.
