Presenting the results of an internal report (pdf), General Motors (GM) CEO Mary Barra said Thursday the automaker had uncovered a "pattern of incompetence and neglect" in its failure to recall millions of vehicles with faulty ignition switches.
My Two Cents
According to the CEO of GM -- GM is NOT GUILTY of Conspiracy. However, we are guilty of a "pattern of incompetence and neglect." WOW. That's just stunning to hear one of the great co's of America say they are just "plain stupid and ignorant." GM is so stupid and ignorant it took 11 years, 13 deaths and 54 accidents to figure this out.
