George Karl leads the Nuggets to Team Record 57 wins. Gone! Fired. Lionel Hollins leads his team to an Team Record of 56 wins and 1st ever conference finals. Vinnie Del Negro leads the Clippers to a Team Record 56 wins. Both gone! Spoelstra practically begs the NBA writers to NOT vote for him for Coach of the Year (b/c of the known JINX of losing your job soon after getting it). Note: Karl won Coach of the Year. And Yes, he lost his job. Jinx's are real! NBA is a rough league on coaches. Coaches are disposable and Players rule!
