Strong, visionary team with relevant prior experience;||Large and growing addressable market with competitive barriers to entry, and no cumbersome ecosystem/market dependencies;||Compelling value proposition to users or customers. The company must have a good idea that represents (or can be turned into) a viable and defensible stand-alone business, not just a feature or subset of a stand-alone company.||Deal structures that provide an attractive risk/reward profile for the Fund; and||The portfolio company should be in a business or industry where the Fund can deploy the Raptor network to help accelerate the business development of the company. The Fund is looking to invest in and partner with management teams that understand the value of this network and are actively seeking the value the Fund believes it can bring.
