The Evernote Devcup is our annual developer competition for designers and software developers. With the help of our online community, we will award prizes to the best products that integrate with the Evernote API.

We use the following metrics when scoring applications:

DESIGN - Is the application polished, visually appealing, and easy to use?

EFFECTIVE USE OF EVERNOTE API - Does the application take advantage of the unique functionality offered by the Evernote platform?

UTILITY - Is the application compelling and/or indispensable?

ORIGINALITY - Is the application unique and/or innovative?

When you submit your entry, you must make it available for free to our judges. It does not need to be publicly available at that time, but there must be a way for us to evaluate it using accounts on the production Evernote service. iOS applications do not need to be available in the App Store. We will provide a list of UDIDs for the devices that we will be testing on.

Once you submit your entry, we will review it and post it publicly in the submission gallery on this site, provided that the submission complies with the competition rules. From July 1 to August 2, 2013, the public will be able to vote for their favorite submission from this project gallery. The entry with the most votes will be awarded the People's Choice prize. The People's Choice prize winner will receive a pass for each team member to attend the Evernote Conference in San Francisco this fall.
